Mr A of Liverpool has sent congratulations and heart felt thanks to all the staff at L&W for going ‘beyond the call of duty’.  Mr A reported no heat or hot water in his property, and had concerns regrading his elderly mother who is  living with him. He contacted L&W asking for a quick response to his problem.  L&W acted within a couple of days and installed, under the new Government ECO Scheme (free boilers for qualifying customers) an A rated boiler. Mr A now has a warm and cosy home, all the hot water he requires and a happy mum!!
