“This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to take the time to write to a Company to thank them for the services they have provided.
Over Christmas the fan on our central heating boiler packed up leaving us without heating and hot water, possibly the worse time of the year and one of the coldest winters on record.  When I rang I honestly thought we would need to wait days before you could send someone out due to the time of year.  I was really pleased to get a same day call out.
Your engineer identified the problem with the fan and rang the office to see if a new one could be located.  Unfortunately there was none in stock,  However, you did have one, although not the correct part but could be suitable for the time being.  We were really surprised at how you then sent out another engineer with the new part to try and get the boiler going.  Which it did.  No other company would have gone to this trouble.
I cannot express how much I appreciated the services from your company, you are responsive and your engineers are highly professional.
I will not hesitate in using your company again for all of our plumbing and heating problems and have already started recommending you to others”.
