Annual gas service – what to expect
All our gas safe registered engineers will:
- Check the operating gas pressure
- Flue test to ensure no unsafe emissions are present
- Inspect boiler and controls to ensure all working correctly
- Visual inspection on boiler – recording defects, leaks etc.
- Report any concerns
- Complete CP12 (gas safety inspection certificate)
To arrange your annual gas service please contact the office where our team will be happy to arrange an appointment to suit you. Once the service has been completed you will be entered onto our data base where an annual reminder will be sent to you automatically.
